7-Day Return Policy:

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with seals intact, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, you can contact us at 051-4430626 or email us at info@wilsonshc.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please keep the original packaging and product intact for inspection and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and offer guidance on safely returning the product.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Please note that if the exchange is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the shipping charges.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days and credited back to the account number you have provided.

Wilson’s Healthcare Products Purchased Elsewhere:

If you purchased Wilson’s Healthcare products from another store or website, please follow their return and refund policies.
